1. General

Booth is operated by GyeolCrash (Hangyeol Kim) ("we", "us"), an individual sole operator based in the Republic of Korea.

All payments for Booth are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is the legal seller of record for your purchase. Refund requests are reviewed in accordance with this Refund Policy, Paddle's buyer terms, and applicable consumer-protection laws.

Our products are:

  • Booth Pro — a recurring subscription billed monthly at US$10.00.
  • One-time digital products, including the UI Customization Pack.

2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU / UK and similar jurisdictions)

If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK, or another jurisdiction granting a statutory cooling-off period, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital goods.

Because our products are delivered digitally and made available immediately, this right does not apply once you have started using the product after expressly consenting to immediate delivery and acknowledging the loss of the withdrawal right at checkout. Where you have not yet accessed or downloaded the product, the 14-day right remains available.

3. Subscription Refunds

  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except where Section 2 applies or where required by law.
  • You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro access until then.
  • Cancellation alone does not entitle you to a refund of the current period unless required by law.

4. One-Time Digital Products

Digital products, including the UI Customization Pack, are generally non-refundable after purchase and delivery, subject to Section 2.

We may grant a refund in cases such as:

  • Duplicate purchases / accidental charges.
  • Technical issues that prevent delivery or activation and that we cannot resolve.
  • Situations required by applicable consumer-protection law.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with:

  • The email address used for the purchase.
  • The Paddle order or transaction ID (found in your purchase receipt email).
  • A description of the issue.

We aim to acknowledge requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Paddle may contact you directly to process or confirm a refund.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate and resolve it quickly. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in suspension of access while the dispute is reviewed.

7. Policy Changes

This Refund Policy may be updated periodically. The current version is always published at boothapp.app/refund, and the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.

8. Contact

Refund questions can be sent to [email protected].
