Booth — Personal Audio Studio · Last updated: June 30, 2026
Booth ("Booth", "the Service", "we", "us") is a Chrome extension for vocal audio playback and practice, operated by GyeolCrash (Hangyeol Kim), an individual sole operator based in the Republic of Korea.
By accessing or using Booth, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Booth for personal or professional purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license is tied to your account and the official extension distribution; it does not transfer ownership of any software or content.
Certain features require signing in, either with a Google account or with a passwordless email sign-in link. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Booth offers Booth Pro (a recurring subscription) and one-time digital products (including the UI Customization Pack). You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time through the Paddle billing portal, accessible from within the extension.
If your subscription lapses or is canceled, Pro features are disabled, but the free features of the Service remain available.
You agree not to:
Licensing is enforced server-side and is bound to the official extension identity; circumventing or attempting to circumvent these controls is a breach of these Terms.
All software, trademarks, graphics, presets, and content associated with Booth remain our property or that of our licensors unless otherwise stated. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or branding.
Booth depends on third-party services, including Google (authentication), Paddle (payments), Supabase (data storage), and Cloudflare (hosting). We are not responsible for outages, errors, or actions of these providers, and your use of them is also subject to their respective terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice. We aim to give notice of material changes where practical.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, attempt to bypass licensing controls, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your license ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) continue to apply.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by notice within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your place of residence.
